R Jayachandran is the Executive Chairman of Aquarius Investment Advisors Pte Ltd, and is one of the Founders and Directors of the Redington Group of Companies. He is also the Non – Executive Chairman of Olam International Ltd.

He is a Group Board Member of the transnational Kewalram Chanrai Group, which has diversified interests in about 52 countries in Asia, Africa and America. He is the current Singapore High Commissioner to Mauritius. With directorships in multiple companies in Singapore, India and other countries; he has been instrumental in planning and launching many of the group’s growth related projects in different continents. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Harvard alumnus.

AS Thyagarajan is the CEO and Managing Director of Aquarius Investment Advisors Pte Ltd. A seasoned career banker with over 3 decades of experience in fund management and investment banking in India and globally, he was previously the country head of Corporate, Investment Banking and Treasury functions of Citibank and later Vice President in their New York Headquarters. He has a Masters degree in Science and is a Harvard Business School Alumnus.

Based in Asia for over 22 years, Karthik brings extensive general management, sales and marketing experience, particularly in enterprise software solutions, to Napier Healthcare. Prior to joining Napier, he worked with MphasiS, an HP company as Sr.Vice President for Asia Pacific & Japan including India. His other successful stints include managing regional operations in leadership roles with companies such as SAP, Covisint (GM, Ford & DCX joint venture), Clarkston Potomac and FreeMarkets. As an entrepreneur, he was the founding CEO of Nihongo Bashi, an investee company of Economic Development Board, Singapore. Karthik is a winner of the 2007 ‘Spirit of Enterprise Award’, given to honour self-reliant entrepreneurs, starting and operating small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore.

Sridhar is an Executive Director and Board member at Olam International. He is currently responsible for the Rice, Packaged Food and Wood Products businesses and has oversight of the company’s Human Resources, Insurance,  Corporate Communications and Administration functions. He is a member of the Corporate Executive Team and Human Resources Committee. He was appointed as a member of Olam’s Board in 1998 and is a member of the Board’s Risk and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Committees.

Sridhar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a postgraduate in Business Management from a leading business school in India and has over 35 years work experience.

Giridharan is an Electronics and Communication Engineer by profession, with 3 decades of computer and information systems industry experience in core R&D and software application systems. He is a co-founder of Napier Healthcare and brings a deep experience of applications of systems and information technologies for the healthcare industry.
