Napier Critical Access 16.1 formerly known as Napier’s Hospital Information System 2.1 product meets the Complete EHR certification criteria. The product is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.”

Eligible Hospitals/ Critical Access Hospitals/ Healthcare Providers need to pay a license fees to purchase the Napier Critical Access 16.1 software. The costs incurred depend on the business, functional and technical requirements

The additional types of costs that an Eligible Hospital/ Critical Access Hospital/ Healthcare Provider can expect to pay to implement the Napier Critical Access 16.1 in order to attempt to meet meaningful use objectives and measures include but are not limited to: Customization Fees, Implementation Fees, Annual maintenance fees, Interface development and configuration fees, Additional dependent 3rd party hardware and software license, usage and annual maintenance fees, Additional 3rd party database products/ tools to support patient education, ePrescription, Interaction and Formulary checking, Clinical decision support or other required patient and clinical services, Secure communication providers, Any applicable taxes, levies and surcharges, remote hosting or cloud hosting charges (as applicable).
