Napier Healthcare congratulates the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) for garnering a National Health IT Excellence Awards 2018, with their Electronic Licensing Medical Records System (ELMeRS).
ELMeRS went beyond just delivering high operational and cost efficiencies for the organization but also contributed significantly to Singapore’s efforts to improve healthcare and continuity of care at the national level. As such, it took the award for category of IT Excellence: Digitised Care to Support One Healthcare System.
ELMeRS is based on Napier Regulatory Medical System (RMS), and the CAMB is the second Napier customer to win Singapore’s top HIT honours in three years (Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home won an award in 2017).
