Sales Manager, Malaysia

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team based in Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Leadership position with ownership of key customers and full responsibility of business acquisition in Malaysia
  • Sell large, complex technology and service offerings primarily to the healthcare provider market
  • Experience in value selling and complex sales
  • Identify opportunities and create winning strategies with healthcare providers, partners and resellers in the country
  • Coach and mentor team members to attain sales excellence – Build and maintain advisory relationships with senior executive level customers and customer influencers
  • Engage in business and technical discussions with CEO/CIOs in customer organisations, define requirements/needs, convey value proposition and recommend optimal solutions
  • Lead pursuit teams including solution architects, technical architects, business development, finance and legal resources to arrive at an optimal solution to meet customer needs
  • Participate in Account / Territory planning and pursuit plans for specific opportunities
  • Participate in call planning and weekly status updates
  • Provide marketing intelligence to sales management
  • Strong negotiation skills internally/externally and able to deliver manage difficult or sensitive relationship situations.
  • Good speaking and communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution and service information at one to one or group presentation
  • Disseminate information related to new products, services, technology and other information of interest to customer organisation CEO/CIOs
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Willing to travel overseas as required

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. (Healthcare IT sales experience, enterprise account management preferred)
  • 3+ years managerial/leadership experience
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding quota within the provider market
  • Negotiation skills are required also
  • Must be a team player
  • Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
  • Traveling is required
