Tirupathi Karthik
– CEO
Tirupathi Karthik has been the Chief Executive Officer of Napier Healthcare Solutions Pte Ltd since November 2012. A leader in the Healthcare IT space, Karthik has extensive business leadership experience across Asia, the Middle East and USA, particularly in the enterprise software space. He is a passionate advocate for the innovative use of technology that turns IT investments into competitive differentiators for their stakeholders rather than using IT as a pure cost containment initiative.
In various hospital implementations, he has been championing the use of Mobility as a pervasive information delivery channel. His vision led to the use of the mFirst approach with the infusion of HTML5 and Apple’s mobility products across the Napier platform. Napier’s leadership in the global marketplace continues to gather momentum on the back of one of the most modern implementation of such a technology stack.
As an Eldercare thought leader, he has been driving productivity agendas for aged care models globally and seen to the expansion of Napier’s product vision to include elderly care services delivery. Applying technology-enabled solutions for senior care providers offering nursing home, home care and activity-centre services, Napier today enables productivity and improved quality of care.
Before joining Napier, he served with MphasiS, an HP company as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific & Japan including India. His other successful stints include regional leadership roles with companies such as SAP and Covisint (GM, Ford & DCX joint venture). As an entrepreneur, he was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Nihongo Bashi, an investee company of Economic Development Board, Singapore. Karthik is a winner of the 2007 ‘Spirit of Enterprise Award’, given to honour self-reliant entrepreneurs, starting and operating small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore.

Umashankar Jayakumar
– Vice President, Finance
Umashankar has served in multiple leadership roles for over 20 years with extensive knowledge of International business finance. In his previous role, he headed APJ consulting & services finance operations. He contributed to an acquisition and formation of a joint venture with a 50% stake in the business. He has wealth of experience in the healthcare sector and brings the financial rigour and discipline needed during the explosive growth phase of Napier’s business.
Umashankar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary.

Ravishankar Krishna
– Head – Enterprise Strategy
Ravi has been both an entrepreneur and an accomplished corporate leader. Based in Singapore, he co-founded and nurtured an Analytics and Strategy Services business to a successful exit. He worked on another SaaS start-up with the same team, delivering improved operational and business performance. He is a seasoned corporate executive, having worked with marquee multinational companies and held leadership roles spanning multiple geographies.
At Napier, Ravi manages deployment and consulting services with an added focus on end-to-end myNapier deployments across all geographies. He also supports the Napier AI development, and is the executive sponsor for product security issues and holds an overall ownership of Customer Engagements.
Ravi holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines and a BE from MANIT, Bhopal, India. He adopts an entrepreneurial outlook to work and enjoys working with people across multiple disciplines.

Prashantha Sawhney
– Head – Engineering
Prashantha Sawhney has rich experience working in various successful enterprise product platforms. He heads the engineering function at the Napier Development Centre, India and is responsible for the technical aspects of the entire suite of Napier products.
Prashantha is a leader with passion and zeal to do whatever it takes for business success. Prior to joining Napier, Prashantha spent his years in various IT roles spanning care management platform, HR software, and gaming industries. He brings over his rich experience in high-growth, multinational corporate environments where he spearheaded the core engineering team, managed core product features and system release cycle to create a positive impact for business. In his previous stints, he led two major system release cycles that were consistently rated in the Magic Quadrant by Gartner. He is dedicated to continuously improving and transforming business, embracing the opportunity to drive collaboration and design improved working methods.
He received a Master of Technology in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Sri Sathya Sai University, Prasanthi Nilayam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a founding member of the Indian Chapter of Leaders Excellence and an Associate Member of CXO Club India.

Navin Kausthubh
– Head – Product Management
Navin brings over 18 years of experience in the healthcare sector across Europe, India, and the US. At Napier, Navin leads the strategic product roadmap and release while driving innovation and product management initiatives. Navin has a strong focus on leveraging technology to improve point-of-care efficiencies.
Prior to joining Napier, he held several leadership positions in Engineering, Algorithm Development, and headed the Product Management and Innovation portfolio in the Molecular Imaging business. In his international management roles, Navin worked closely with healthcare providers, sales, marketing, and research units to design products in the areas of Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology and General Nuclear Medicine. Throughout his career, Navin has had a passion for applying technology solutions to the healthcare provider and patient’s needs, improving overall business and operational efficiency.
Navin holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Wright State University, Ohio.

Prashant Gopawar
– Head – Product Testing and Release
Prashant is an IT industry expert with more than 20 years of deep tech industry knowledge and experience in the full life cycle of product testing. He believes in the value of delivering a product of the best possible quality, and customer experience that is above and beyond expectations. Through his experience, Prashant has successfully delivered high-quality results and strategic insights for his customers such as Microsoft, Embarcadero, Capital Group, JPMC, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, etc.
Prashant is passionate about working in an Agile environment. His extensive tech knowledge has helped facilitate seamless deployments by using CI/CD within the DevOps environment in the past. He is also known for his deep understanding of various test automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
He heads Napier’s Product Testing and Release team, overseeing the execution, direction and delivery of enterprise-level software development at a large scale, including project testing. As a leader who embraces the core values of teamwork, innovation, and growth, he is dedicated to leading and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.

Avinash Keshri
– Head – Customer Care Organisation (CCO)
Avinash is a sailor turned entrepreneur. As Napier’s Head of CCO, he is responsible for the overall support delivery and operations of CCO focusing on customer delight.
Avinash has spent over a decade in multinational companies, where he established business models that work across different geographies, and working with many different nationalities. His experience working in start-up technology companies has helped him developed deep expertise in corporate strategy, business growth and operations. He firmly believes in creating value for all its stakeholders, striving to solve business challenges and meeting strategic objectives.
Avinash received his Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He was a member of Global Network of Advance Management.

Sukeshni Tulasi
– Head – Human Resources
Sukeshni has 15 years of experience working in the Human Resources function with multinational companies as well as product start-ups. She has deep expertise in talent management, organisational development, leadership development, talent acquisition, and HR strategy. Sukeshni spearheads the Napier critical Performance Driven Organisation (PDO) initiative with her broad experience in HR Business Partnering and other operational areas.
Throughout her career, Sukeshni has built an extensive knowledge of people management on a global scale. Sukeshni has managed employee relations for large and complex technical teams while supporting other corporate functions and legal policies.
Sukeshni holds Masters in Business Administration from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management accredited by the All India Management Association, and a Bachelors’ degree in Bioinformatics from Osmania University. She is certified in People Analytics by IIM.
Sukeshni was awarded ‘Best Young HR leader’ by the Global Human Resources Development body.

Srikanth Kali
– Head – Quality Assurance
Srikanth Kali, as Napier’s Head of Quality Assurance, is responsible for defining the quality vision across the entire suite of Napier products by devising strategies and providing leadership across verticals like automation, quality assurance, performance and security. He is a result-oriented technology leader with over two decades of experience in quality engineering, driving innovation and quality initiatives. Prior to Napier, he was heading the QA organization at Altruista Health. There, he played a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence by establishing end to end QA delivery brought a delight to the customer by adopting analytics-based QA.
Srikanth began his career as QA Engineer at Sun Microsystems and later worked in various Leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, SumTotal Systems and Electronic Arts. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India.

Clarence Ng
– Head – Customer Services Organisation (CSO)
Clarence is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in leading global software, delivery, and operations teams. His distinguished tenure includes roles at industry-leading multinational corporations such as SAP and Accenture, where he navigated diverse sectors including FinTech, HealthTech, and Telecommunications.
Guided by a steadfast customer-centric ethos, Clarence is dedicated to not only ensuring impeccable product rollout but also to facilitating the smooth transition of clients. He champions a culture steeped in collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
As the head of Napier’s Customer Success Organisation (CSO), Clarence aims for exceptional delivery and unparalleled customer success. He aims to deliver exceptional value by helping customers realise the promise-of-the software.
