R Jayachandran
– Vice Chairman
R Jayachandran (Jaya) has had a span of more than three decades of building up companies successfully, some of which are now well recognised listed entities. His contribution to the growth and financial success of these market-leading companies have been significant. He played a key role in Olam International Ltd’s phenomenal growth from ‘being a one product one country’ company in 1989 to the multibillion-dollar global agricultural commodities giant it is today, with presence in over 60 countries. Until recently, he was the Non-Executive Chairman of Olam. Jaya served as Singapore’s (Non-resident) High Commissioner to Mauritius for 13 years, and stepped down end September 2021.
Jaya is a founding shareholder and director of the investment management firm Aquarius Group, as well as one of the founding shareholders of Redington India Ltd, the global supply chain solutions provider. His contribution to the growth of Redington has been significant. He is now the Non-Executive Director and Strategy Advisor to the Kewalram Chanrai Group of companies, having been its Executive Director for more than 30 years.
He is currently serving as Chairman of the Hindu Endowments Board, a statutory board in Singapore.

Mark Haynes Daniell
– Director
Mark Haynes Daniell is currently the Chairman of the Raffles Family Wealth Trust and The Cuscaden Group. He has also served as Non Executive and Independent Director of Olam International. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Bain & Company (Asia), Director—London and Paris at Wasserstein Parella, and President of K1 Ventures, Singapore.
Mark has experience in investment banking, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transformation. His career with Bain & Company spanned over 20 years.
Mark’s first book, “World of Risk: Next Generation Strategy for a Volatile Era”, published by John Wiley and Sons, was selected as a Sunday Times (London) Business Book of the Week and is available in multiple foreign language editions. His second book, “Strategy: A Step-by-Step Approach to the Development and Presentation of World Class Business Strategy” was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2004.
Mark holds a Diploma from The Philips Exeter Academy in 1973, a Diploma in French Studies from Universite de Paris IV (Sorbonne) in 1976, a Certificate in Political Studies from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France in 1976, a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, USA (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna cum laude) in 1977, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford in 1979, a Juris Doctorate from the Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA in 1981.

Lau Ping Sum, Pearce
– Director
Lau Ping Sum, Pearce, served as a Director of Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital from 1993 to 1999 and Chairman of the Medifund Committee of the hospital from 2001 to 2005. He was the Head of Computer Services in a statutory board and two local banks in Singapore from 1973 to 1996. He held the position of the Political Secretary to the Minister of Health between 1981 and 1985. He was a Member of Parliament from 1980 to 1996.
Mr. Lau served as General Manager of NTUC Link Pte Ltd., from 1997 to 2000 and is an Independent Director of Cortina Holdings Limited, Sunpower Group Ltd. and Huan Hsin Holdings Ltd. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Mr. Lau holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Australian National University and a Diploma in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Tirupathi Karthik

Tirupathi Karthik has been the Chief Executive Officer of Napier Healthcare Solutions Pte Ltd since November 2012. A leader in the Healthcare IT space, Karthik has extensive business leadership experience across Asia, the Middle East and USA, particularly in the enterprise software space. He is a passionate advocate for the innovative use of technology that turns IT investments into competitive differentiators for their stakeholders rather than using IT as a pure cost containment initiative.
In various hospital implementations, he has been championing the use of Mobility as a pervasive information delivery channel. His vision led to the use of the mFirst approach with the infusion of HTML5 and Apple’s mobility products across the Napier platform. Napier’s leadership in the global marketplace continues to gather momentum on the back of one of the most modern implementation of such a technology stack.
As an Eldercare thought leader, he has been driving productivity agendas for aged care models globally and seen to the expansion of Napier’s product vision to include elderly care services delivery. Applying technology-enabled solutions for senior care providers offering nursing home, home care and activity-centre services, Napier today enables productivity and improved quality of care.
Before joining Napier, he served with MphasiS, an HP company as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific & Japan including India. His other successful stints include regional leadership roles with companies such as SAP and Covisint (GM, Ford & DCX joint venture). As an entrepreneur, he was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Nihongo Bashi, an investee company of Economic Development Board, Singapore. Karthik is a winner of the 2007 ‘Spirit of Enterprise Award’, given to honour self-reliant entrepreneurs, starting and operating small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore.

R Srinivasan
– Advisor
An eminent figure in the technology business, R. Srinivasan is the Founder and Managing Director of Redington (India) Ltd, a listed company with a turnover of over US$4.5 billion in the supply chain solutions business of digital device products and software, and significant presence in the emerging markets of S. Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. He is also the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies Limited India – a listed company that sees revenues totaling about US$6 billion from its global IT services business, particularly in N. America, continental Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia and the Chairman of its wholly owned subsidiary, HCL Singapore Pte Ltd, which directly addresses the markets of Asia Pacific and Australia.
