Napier VoC (Voice of Customer)

The VoC program is designed to capture inputs on the enhancements and recommendations on how to make Napier’s range of healthcare solutions.

Napier Healthcare has launched its Voice of Customer (VoC) program to gather feedback from all stakeholders on new product ideas, new product features enhancement and healthcare-related solutions discussions. The VoC is an online survey that is easily accessible via Napier Healthcare’s corporate website via the logo above. The VoC program is designed to capture inputs on the enhancements and recommendations on how to make Napier’s range of healthcare solutions to be best-of-class and to bring healthcare stakeholders into the dialogue.

Everyone is welcome to provide feedback about their experiences with Napier Healthcare and expectations on its products or services. Napier Healthcare will be leveraging the inputs to further enhance its products; deliver products that will meet market requirements and customer needs and expectations.
